thai decor ample loungers

The traditional Thai decor is so beautiful. The resort features a great pool area with ample loungers. Staff members were so nice and ready to help. I really enjoyed that breakfast service included a variety of options.

The gym equipment needs a bit of updating.

Underwhelming Stay with Several Issues

The room had gaps around the door. Mosquitoes came inside easily. The uncleanliness was unacceptable, especially under the bed. The floors were dusty and surfaces were dirty and there was no excuse for that.

The restaurant experience was lovely. Susie, Dear, and Khem were very kind. Live music created a relaxing atmosphere.

Our room door did not fit well. Mosquitoes easily entered. We got many bites the first night, so we checked out early. The pool area had broken decking that staff ignored after I reported it.
